All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Gypsy Waltz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. **Please not we are closed on Mondays, and DO NOT ship packages out on this day.

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order for shipping, unless otherwise noted.

If you need a rush on an order, please leave a note at checkout or contact us at support@gypsywaltz.com and we will make every attempt to get your item shipped out in time to get to you.

E-mails will be sent with a tracking number upon shipment of item.  Please refer to this email and tracking number for any updates on the delivery of your package.

Gypsy Waltz is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase.  If an incorrect address was listed, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.

Gypsy Waltz is not responsible for packages or any damages incurred once they have left our shipping department. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.  Tracking numbers for reference can be found in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting support@gypsywaltz.com
