Items must be RECEIVED BACK to us no later than 12 days from the date your package was delivered. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
Any sale, discount, or markdown item, any custom made item, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories/hats, lipsense, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, leggings) are final sale and cannot
be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not
Items MUST be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable
. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to an $10.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *THREE
* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions
. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed.
Refund Type: Refund will be issued in the original form of payment, unless you specify that you want store credit.
**If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges for your item will be taken out of the total returned amount.
